Buying Games Online (as download codes)

Hi All,

I'm looking for a decent website (UK) that I can buy Xbox One games from - but as download codes. Are there any you can recommend? I think it is terrible that Microsoft find it acceptable to put a game on their store for £59.99 when it can be purchased for
£39.99 from a high street retailer.

Surely, they should be cheaper as there is no physical disc required?

Anyway, rant over - just looking for a reliable, legit, reasonably priced website to buy some games from!

Is that buying Microsoft points and then redeeming the codes online when we get the xb1?
Do you know if it has been confirmed that all games are available to download from the market place on release?

I think it's really cool that they are going to offer game codes for sale. It's much more convenient for those that don't have means to pay online. I don't like to pay online too and usually buy prepaid Xbox cards. Now I don't have to do it anymore and can just purchase the games from retailers. I just need to know which retailers.

If you were undercut by Microsoft when it came to digital video game purchases to the point that you could no longer sell them as a high street retailer would you still be interested in selling MS consoles, controllers and peripherals?

This isn't the only reason but it's one of the bigger ones for the current pricing policies.

As for CD keys a friend of mine swears by CD Keys (cdkeys.com) and sometimes Amazon offer digital as well.

Another vote for CD Keys there prices are the best and you usually get the code emailed within minutes of payment!

Azrael, I didn't really think of it like that. I just like things available at my finger tips, and was a bit miffed that Microsoft charge an aweful lot more than other retailers - but now you've explained it, I suppose I was being a bit naive.

I'll check out CD Keys and see what they have to offer.
