    In need of someones help

    I'm just wondering if there is a reason why I'm not receiving reward points for my purchases and activity on xbox live. I believe I have correctly set up my account, but 0 reward points says otherwise.

    I have not recieved and points on my account I and I have got many games I signed up in 2014 help!

    I signed up to Xbox rewards in 2014 and have only received 250 points when I have baught many Xbox games on the store and have not received any points other points than the 250. I really need help please!

    Where are my Xbox rewards?

    Im a member of xbox rewards since 2012, but i have achieved only 50 rewards points, it is not possible even because i bought several games this year and not received any points.

    And another thing, i don't know where can i see my Microsoft account, where those rewards will be changed in "money" for buying on the xbox store.

    You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into it for you. If you are looking for credits for any specific offers, it would be best to post those as well.

    Hello TSmoothBooth,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Hi RJayl. We made changes to the program in 2014 where payback on purchases were not based off of your Gamerscore, but your MyVIP Star rank. You currently do not have a Star rank, therefore do not earn payback on purchases. To earn Rewards Credits, you either
    have to complete an offer or have a Star rank. To learn more about our MyVIP program, visit the

    MyMissions page.
