Buying Games (Deals with Gold)

I just had a question that's been conflicting me for a while now. I know that with games with gold (where every month you can get free games), but to play them you have to have Gold membership.

But what if i bought something with Deals with gold? Does the same rules apply? Or can i play it without gold and offline like a normal game?

Deals with Gold is different from Games with Gold so you get to keep any games you buy with deals even if you go to a silver account

Think of it as a sale for gold members.

Nope anything you buy is yours to keep even if it was bought with a discount from your Gold membership.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand you have a question with deals with gold. When content is purchased through the Deals with gold, these items are owned by the Microsoft Account. You will not lose the content/license due to the games/apps
being on sale. You may definitely play the games offline if they do not require the Xbox Live subscription. For more information, check out this article:
