    Hi, I'm just wondering if it's safe to buy gamertags or is it against the TOS cause I see one selling here for alot of money and just wanted to make sure, the tag is "PC"

    Xbox One Gamesharing specific question

    Only during times when Gamertag A is also logged in to Console C.

    Also, this isn't how it works. Gamertag A would have to set Console B as their Home console in order for Gamertag B to access their games without A being siged in.


    To simplify it, Gamertag A buys a game and from there you have two options:
    1. Any gamertag on Gamertag A's Home console can play the game without them signing in
    2. All other consoles will need Gamertag A signed in to play the game.

    Changing game tag while purchase new gold membership

    Gamertag changes are seperate from memberships. Gamertag changes are always 800pts unless otherwise stated. Buying a new membership doesn't prorate/cancel out the price of a Gamertag change.

    You can only download the maps for free again if using the gamertag that was originally used to buy them.

    Content is licensed to the console and the gamertag used to buy it.

    Games that you download or buy on your profile will be linked to your gamertag. The new owner would have to buy the game there self to play it,on his or her gamertag.

    Sorry you are having this issue with trying to change your Gamertag. Can you please try to change the Gamertag on Xbox.com here:
    account.xbox.com/.../changegamertag

    If you have any other billing information on file, please ensure it is updated, you may update that information on Microsoft's billing site:
