    Buying game - Asks for credit card info even though I have 2 cards on file


    I'm trying to buy Battlefield 4 as part of the Deals With Gold, and every time I click "purchase", it asks me to enter my credit card info - even though I have 2 credit cards on file. I've bought many games and this is the first time this has happened.

    I'm reluctant to put my credit card info again because it feels like something is amiss.

    Any ideas why this is happening?

    Your Xbox Live billing account has been locked from making purchases

    I have a similar problem it asks for credit card info even though I have never used it before for buying things and even tells me to use my account cash which I have excess then what I'm buying and then it stops me from loading the screen or hitting the
    OK button.

    Probably best to contact support
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us     as this is a billing issue & they are the only ones who could tell you if there's an issue with your billing info.

    Hello. I’ve tried all of this. When the payment options comes up it asks me to add a credit card even though I have one on file. While adding my credit card info it kicks me from Xbox live when I try from my 360. My series x wont give me the option for purchase and the Microsoft website won’t load the add a payment option screen even though I have my card on file
