Buying from Xbox website - disk or download?

I want to buy 'DA:Inquisition GOTY' from the Xbox website but I can't tell if it's a download or a physical disk I will be buying?

I really want to buy a physical copy.

If it is a download, where can I get the physical copy and how much?

Hello, if you would like to buy the game from the xbox.com website then you will be buying a digital version of the game. If you would like a physical hard copy of the game then you should try your local gaming stores or even The Microsoft Store's online
services.

Ah ok, it sucks because it's only £15 from the website but it's like £30 - £60 from shops. Where can I get it the cheapest?

Also, do I have to buy it new? Do they still do the who one-use code thing? Thanks!

Physical (disc) versions can be bought from dedicated game shops or online retailers like Amazon etc.

Price would depend on what country your are in.

So if the DLC is already on the disk and I buy them, and a year from now I sell the game, will the DLC still be on the disk when the next person buys it? It's not like I downloaded it to my HD.
