    Hello

    I bought the game, and i payed with klarna.

    at my checking account is the payment to see (69,99€) but i can't downlaod the game at my Xbox and in my Konto i can't see it.

    I got no e-mail from Mirosoft.

    How long will it take that i can download the game?

    Tried buying Alan Wake on xbox.com but got the sorry error and tried on Xbox one with error saying to try website

    Where did you buy it? In the Microsoft store?

    Contact official MS support if you did buy it in the MS store.

    They can refund it.

    Like my fellow XBF colleagues mentioned above, I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and see what might be causing
    that issue.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
