thanks for your comments guys but I was advised to post all the details on this forum - I have copied the transcript of exactly what was said - Why did Emma tell me to do this????

Emma: Did the team just vanished when they're finished playing?

lorraine: he was playing [removed] in a tournament, my son lost the game then he got disconnected - when he signed back in his team was gone

Emma: What we can do to this issue Lorraine is report it through the forums since we can't do anything to the player.

Emma: So what's the best thing to do is do a follow up through the forums Lorraine.

Emma: If our enforcement team investigate and validated that this player did something on your son's team and account, they will punish this player and return the team of your son.

I was surprised when I found out Emma Stone was in this video games. Huge A list movie stars usually don't lend their voices to video games especially not for a role as small as the one Emma Stone's character had in this game.
