    Hello!

    Yes you can, either on your XBOX or on the Web Store, you can buy digital games and content, which then will be tied to your Microsoft Account.

    However, be aware, that you will not be able to play multiplpayer games, as this feature requires an XBOX Live Gold subscription.

    it's not supported to use different country then the one you are physically in, since using a different region can result in several issues. Since it's officially not supported we can not advise.

    I would advise to purchase disc based games only.

    Most online retailer will display a icon of the world if it is region free game.

    Just check before you buy the game.

    It's always recommended you buy them from your own region as they are not guaranteed to work. Some codes and some games (moreso on the 360) are region locked.
