    I have having trouble buying an EA Access account on microsoft and when i try to buy it it gives me these steps to change it through the xbox one but it wont let me I cant change that.

    is there any way to buy a Xbox 360 game from a Xbox one using money on your Microsoft-account?

    It depends on what you're trying to buy. The One/website have never been updated to work with the Microsoft account balance for 360 content. You would have to use a 360 in order to buy 360 (or original Xbox) content. If it's One content, you should have

    Due to the way Xbox Live used to sell games and content with Microsoft points and now uses currency, it's not been possible to buy Xbox 360 content using your account balance on either Xbox.com or the Marketplace on an Xbox One.

    To buy Xbox 360 content on the website or Xbox One therefore requires a debit or credit card attached to your account.

    The One/website have never been updated to see the Microsoft account balance as a valid payment option in order to buy 360 content (or original Xbox content). That would be something that would need to be updated by Microsoft.

    When you add a credit card are you able to purchase the content with that payment method?

    The error code: 80190848 indicates that the charge is being declined by PayPal. You will need to contact PayPal directly to inquire.
