    If I buy dlc from the Microsoft store on my phone, can I still download the content onto my xbox?? Will I get a download code??

    If you are logged into your account, it will go to your account, the game is available for download, look at the store or library.

    If you buy content from the store while logged into your MS account that content will be available to you on any appropriate machine you use while logged in on that same account. So log in, go to the store, buy the dlc for your game, and it will be available
    on your Xbox/PC as appropriate when you log in there.

    yes, you can. Once bought, you'll just have to go to the my games and app section, select the game then manage game and from there install the dlc.
