    Buying Cold war


    I have bought the game cold war twice now and it still doesn't work. I first bought the cross gen bundle and that said it included call of duty black ops cold war. and then once I launched cold war it told me I had to buy the game for another $60. I did that and it still doesn't work. Also I looked at call of duty black ops cold war in Microsoft store and it says I own this game. But like I said when I launch cold war it didn't work. It still wants me to purchase game.

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    I'm having a similar problem at the moment. Only I have the series X physical disc, and I was even playing it a month ago... I updated the game today and it tells me I must purchase the game even though the disc is inserted, not impressed
