Buying anything from a country without an xbox store

The problem is the following, I have been an xbox user since 2003. I had the classic xbox, I had the 360, I have a one and I was thinking of buying an X series until now.

I never had problems buying games but for a few weeks I had a problem that every time I try to buy something I get an error either from the pc or from the console itself. Contacting the microsoft agents they told me that they cannot process my payments because the location of my card does not match my store, which is ridiculous. Why should that be a requirement to buy items if I don't even have a store in my country?

Another option they gave me is to buy gift cards, which is impossible. There are no gift cards in Argentine pesos (I am from Paraguay living near the Argentine border) and if I am going to buy in dollars the games will be double or triple the normal price for the change. Couldn't you offer a solution for this? We are several South American countries that do not have a store and we are users of the brand that we are unable to buy games or renew our gamepass or gold subscriptions. At least give us a temporary solution such as considering Paraguay and Uruguay as part of the Argentine store.
