Of course! If they had different prices it would seem like a scam to go to france and buy a game cause
it would not be fair on other people as it would cost more money and they’d have to travel all the way to America or UK to get a game then back.

Also Xbox One games are in multiple languages, regardless of where you bought the disc or the digital download. If your console is set to English your game will play in English.
