Buy 1 xbox one with free FIFA 2015 includes as a digital game, but one xbox one with COD included as a digital game and then setup digital sharing, you also only need 1 person with gold membership. (The games have to be digital for this to work)

If it isn't included, devs won't make use of it. It has to be included for MS's vision to move forward. This is how console peripherals work.

It does not HAVE to be included for devs to make use of it.

They can still develop games with or without Kinect.

Yes, it is. Kinect will be included. If you don't like that, don't buy the console. It really is that simple.

I'm NOT buying the machine as it comes forced with Kinect. However, that's not much of a choice.

MS are going to lose a lot of sales due to the mess the Xbox One is becoming. Purely as they feel the need to remove options from the buying public.

^It has always been clear that the Xbox 360 games would not be playable on the Xbox One(to include arcade games) I am sorry that you missed this fact. But, I still play my 360 regularly as well as my Xbox One, I do not see a major problem here. Did you buy
an Xbox One only to play your 360 games on? Or did you buy it to play Xbox One games?
