You can download CoD or any other game you own on the new console and sign in with a new gamer tag or your old gamer tag. As long as the account OWNS AND HAS THE PRODUCT PURCHASED UNDER HIS/HER NAME you WILL be able to access it.

Things are tied to your accounts that you use, if you purchase things under your account for example and sign into another Xbox as long as YOU sign in with the same gamer tage/profile the stuff should transfer over and should be ready to install.

Hi, you can download CoD on the new console and sign in with a new gamertag or your old gamertag. One the old console your child can sign in with the same gamertag as usual and still have all of their things.

if your daughter is going to be using the account that made the purchases on the old Xbox she will need to sign in on the new Xbox and set it as her Home Xbox then download the digital games for you to play them on your new account (it's best to have separate
accounts so you can both play online at the same time).

doing this will also allow you to share Live Gold and play games from Gamepass (the account that has Gamepass has to download them to the Home Xbox for them to be available to share)
