Buying a Game, Playing it, Then wanting to return it.

Just a friendly reminder though that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team which sis the refund team. In this case, you may need to reply to the email that was sent by them in that way you can get this sorted out.

How long have you played it? Microsoft's terms state they'll refund games within 14 days of purchase if it hasn't accrued a "significant amount of play time". There are no published guidance on what constitutes a significant amount of play time, but I imagine if you've put more than few hours in to it you'd be out of luck.

Refunds are typically issued for requests meeting the following criteria:

Requests are made within 14 days of the purchase date

Requests are for games in which you haven’t accumulated a significant amount of play time

So freaking lame that this is a add-on. I really wanted this to be an XBLA game. Looks like I will be waiting till Alice Madness Returns can be found extremely cheap. Not going to take the plunge and buy it for full price without playing the first.

im having too .... makes me want to want to return it and buy a hard disk copy
