    When i try to buy a digital gift card i always get an error that says “ Contact us at Microsoft support We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out” I have tried multiple times and this
    same thing keeps coming.

    Gift cards will only work in the region they are created for. If you can find a way to buy a US digital gift card from where you are, then that would work for her, but Canadian cards will not.

    You wouldn't buy a gift card with it. You would just use the Paysafe card when you buy digital content on the Xbox store.

    That would be a good idea, instead of gifting a digital game to someone you could just gift a digital gift card to them. That way if they change their mind about a game on their wishlist. Then they will just have the money and they could buy whatever
    they wanted.
