Buying a backward compatibily game

I want to buy midnight club for my xbox one s. I shows up in the store and everything bet.i cant buy it. Saying it's not available when its compatible. Why can't I ? I really want to play the game

Unfortunately,
Midnight Club LA has been delisted from the Xbox Marketplace in October 2018.

The only way to play the game on your Xbox now is to get a physical disc, or by having it bought online before it was delisted.

For more information you might have to contact the Rockstargames support.

You would have to purchase it on disc in order to play it. Even though some games are compatible they may not be available for digital purchase either because they weren't available that way to begin with, or the digital versions has been delisted.

Also keep in mind that you cannot use your account balance to purchase a 360 game. These must be purchased with a credit card or PayPal

Just check the available games backwards compatibility, and you can buy physical disc.
