buying 360 compatible games on the one

you should be able to purchace xbox 360 compatible games on the xbox one using your microsoft/xbox account balance. I have wanted to purchace 360 games on the one multiple times but cant without a credit card. not only is this an inconvenience for me and
everybody else trying to purchace 360 games, but is causes a profit loss for microsoft because people cant buy certain games.

Just remember before buying the Xbox One that it is not backwards compatible with 360 games.

IS backwards compatible, It should work.

I agree with you, Microsoft need to put something like this in, I have to use my Xbox 360 still to purchase games without using a credit card. Also I would post this is on the
xbox.uservoice.com website, the more votes it gets, the more chance Microsoft will do something about it.

 

Yeah, this is seriously ridiculous. "It won't work across the platform" is such a lame non-answer. Can you imagine anyone else selling credit then not letting you use it?

 

I've got the same problem. i can't even buy the free 360 games because in don't own a credit card. It's not usual to own one in my country. So i never can buy backwars compatible games because of that. it sucks, they are blocking off a lot off people like
that.
