Buyer needs to sign in?

I am using the account that used to purchase for honor. I mean I was just playing it a few hours ago and now when I try to start it up and it either tells me there was a problem or it tells me the person who bought the game needs to sign in. Am I the only
one having this issue? If not, please tell me how to fix it. I've don't restarted the console 3 times.

Store bought games not playing

If you bought from the digital store, the original buyer needs to be signed in or have his account linked as the Home console.

Xbox one subscription

They can just sign into their existing accounts and use it that way. You wouldn't need to buy anything.

Why it is we must sign into play a game, that doesn't need to be played on-line, is beyond me. MS should be paying us to play this system seeing as they sell our private information to the top buyer.

Which works great when parcels get to the person they are meant for.

Find out who signed for this and ask the buyer if they know them.

Hi Fox,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue with the code. When gifting items they need to be gifted from the same region. You will need the buyer to try and get a refund for the code sent, or the buyer will need to get the code replaced with a code
for your region. You are unable to do this as you are not the purchaser of the code.
