Buyed Xbox gamepass but some game cant be downloaded for some reasons

Hey guys!

I'm quite new at the microsoft store thing, just subscribed at the xbox gamepass.

I actually succesfully downloaded sea of thieves which is a xbox gamepass exclusive

But i also wanted to give a try to Monster Hunter World but when i hit the install button it tells me to associate my device to microsoft account.

I'm pretty sure it's already associated since i have my device in my account information.

Can someone help me on this?

I'm on Windows 10 on PC

and my pc have the requirement for those games, why some can be downloaded and some give me this message?

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with redeeming games from the game pass subscription. In reference to

Monster Hunter: World, this game is only available on the Xbox One Console. The Game Pass subscription only has a few game titles available for Windows 10. These games will be titled with

Xbox Play Anywhere.

It already is. I downloaded a lot of games with gamepass on EA except this one for some reason.

i have also been having this issue for quite some while it also seems whenever i buy the ultimate gamepass on the xbox it does not say i have it on pc, however i am able to download some of the gamepass games and play them on pc whenever i have the gamepass bought
