    Can not download or see a prurchased game

    Hi ,

    i have buyed a game online and all was successfully. But since few days i can not see this buyed item on my console . On webbrowser i can see it but on my xbox one i can not see or download it.

    Need some help

    Did you buy the 360 version or the One version? The game is not backwards compatible so you would need to One version in order to play it on the One.

    backward compatible     so if you purchased the game on Xbox 360, we're afraid you'll need to purchase the

    Xbox One version     of the game, or continue playing the version you have on an Xbox 360 console.
