"Buy Xbox One before 12/06 for 3 free games" offer

This is relating to the issue in the forums:

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

Basically, me and several other people received an offer on xbox 360, that buy the xbox one from a retailer before 12 June to receive 3 free games:

Forza Motorsport 6, Halo 5 and Gears of War.

The games have still not been sent out, we have been waiting for several weeks. 'Mister Maka', an official staff member, indicated that we will be receiving the games by 25/6/2016 (25 June) (6/25/2016 in American notation).

However, now it is 26 June and I have still not received the games.

Help i need help. I havent reciebed my 3 games that were meant to be sent to my message centre how can i get these. I purchased a new xbox one 2 weeks ago and havent been sent my 3 free games
