    BUY TO OWN, AGAIN? HELP!


    I have been on xbox live for almost 4years. I have been gaming on the original xbox one since. I have just bought an xbox one x project scorpio edition and some of my games dont work. I am prompted to buy them again! This must be a glitch in the store
    surely. I have tried installing them on external using my other console but it doesn't work. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it from the newer console but doesn't work as it prompts me to buy the game again. Theres nothing I can do but play the
    game on the old console. I don't wish to play some games on the old console and some on the new console. BUY TO OWN, AGAIN? HELP! :( I have actually paid twice for some games and I had no idea what was going on. I am not going to pay twice for the game I have already paud for just
    because I have another console. I am signed in and playing with the same account by the way, the only account which is used to purchase games and redeem codes. HELP! BUY TO OWN, AGAIN? HELP! :(

    Well what you are doing is a violation of thw termsa of use

    ONE if it was downloaded then you dont own it

    Because it is owned by the owner of the account which is the person who set it up

    Accounts cant be transfered

    And im guessing he took back his account and assigned his console as his home console

    And hasnt changed the password

    If I werr you delete it because anything you do on his account is a violation of the terms of use

    Your brother should check https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ on his account, to check if Destiny 2 shows up there.

    This page provides tax relevant billing information, so if the game isn't there, then he probably bought the game on a different account.

    If he made sure that the game was bought with the right account that he currently uses on the Xbox One, then he needs to go to My Games and Apps, and find Destiny 2 in the Ready to Install section.

    In case he accidentally hid the game in the ready to install list, he needs to click the Left Stick button and hold it while pressing X.

    That should un-hide games from the Ready to Install section, and if he's signed in with the proper account, he can then re-install Destiny 2.
