Buy the definitive edition but dont get unlocked characters..

Im buy the DE from Windows Store (Windows 10), Enter to DE menu to KI and wWhen I go to click on a character, a prompt opens that asks me to buy one of their bundles. I select Definitive Edition and it asks me to restart the game.

Uninstall the game and still with the problem.

Any fix for this?

Cannot use all characters in Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition (Xbox one S)

I hope this is the right place to post this!

I recently bought KI: Definitive Edition and according to the game description I should be able to use all characters to play (local ,multiplayer), but not all characters are unlocked. For example, when I try to use Gargos or Shadow Jago, I am directed
to purchase the Definitive Edition, Season 3, or Season 3 combos. I made sure I gave enough time for the game to completely install and have restarted my Xbox, but the characters are still not available to use.

 

Killer instinct definitive edition problem

I have bought the killer instinct definitive edition physical copy a couple of months ago but I have ran into a problem. When I bought the the definitive edition it downloaded almost all the characters and packs but certain characters and packs it said I
had to pay separately for. The characters are Shin Hisako, Kilgore and Eagle and the packs were the gold skin packs, terror pack and Gargos color pack. It also told me on the Xbox store that all the characters and packs I listed before were included in the
definitive edition but I cannot download them with out paying while all the other characters and packs were free with the definitive edition. I am not sure what the probably is or how to fix it if you could please help it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
