    Buy Quantum Break digital on Release - but still no Win10 Game or Alan Wake


    Hello,

    i bougth the Game "Quantum Break" digital from the XBOX Store on Release Date (05.04.2016). In the next 7 - 10 days every QB Buyer gets Codes for Alan Wake with DLCs also Quantom Break for Win10. But I didn´t get any Codes so far.

    I´m contacted the support today, but they mean, i must ask here for that. Hope, you can help me.

    Quantum Break / Alan Wake Codes

    I pre-ordered a digital copy of Quantum Break and I have not received the advertised pre-order bonus codes for Alan Wake: American Nightmare, Alan Wake (+DLC), or the Win10 version of Quantum Break.

    Haven't received Win10 Code or Alan Wake Code with Digital preorder of Quantum Break

    Never received Win10 Code or Alan Wake Code with Digital preorder of Quantum Break. Purchased on 4/4/16 from Microsoft Xbox.com and wasnt charged until released.

    Just a heads up, we are looking into an issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

    Just wanted to clarify with you on the details of the promotion, since you mentioned you purchased Quantum Break on the release date, you will not be eligible for Quantum Break on Windows 10 as that was for users that pre-ordered before the release.

    ◾Alan Wake + The Signal & The Writer DLC (Delivered soon after Quantum Break's release)

    ◾Quantum Break for Windows 10 (Delivered soon after Quantum Break's release)

    well I paid $60 on the 3/3/16 and I have not received any codes for Alan wake.

    as for windows 10 version, "Soon After Release" is not much help.

    seems like you wont get alan wake until after quantum break releases, what it says on the store page

    Quantum Break includes full game download of Alan Wake, the Xbox 360 game playable on Xbox One, as well as The Signal and The Writer add-ons.

    The code for these items will be delivered to your Xbox Message center within 7-10 days of Quantum Break’s release.

    Yes, alan wake is my favourite game of all time

    Im sure quantum break will be awesome aswell, but im dissapointed that its no alan wake 2 instead

    Quantum break is also the only game that im intrested in so far, but im not buying a new xbox for it

    Hey there!

    When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
    be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

    In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.
