That would violate the terms of service and be considered marketplace theft which could result in being banned.

once a region is set you cannot change the region of your account

however you can create another account in another region and purchase the ms points with prepaid cards in the correct region you will have to buy from an etailer the correct region

it is always best to buy ms points from your actual region

ms points are region locked

if the content is region locked usually games that are baned or restricted in australia and germany are and would prevent you from buying it regardless

It's best to buy from your own region.

So will it or will it not activate if I order it from the US storefront?
