    Hello guys,

    In January this year I bought an Xbox One in the United States. As I live in Brazil and here the power is 220v instead of 110v, I used a "surge protector", and everything worked fine until one day somebody miss this and connect the Xbox directly into the
    wall, so... the PSU burned.

    I ordered a new source through myservice.xbox.com site, but I have some questions:

    1 - My Xbox is American, so if the power supply comes 220v, I can connect it to my xbox anyway?

    2 - On average, how long it takes to recieve new source here at home?

    3 - It's been two days that I bought, and so far haven't received tracking code. The state of the order is still the same, since I bought it. Is this normal?

    I'd rather ask here because on the phone support I dont trust. They are very clumsy, every time I call I get a different information.

    Can anyone help me?

    Am pretty sure if its an Xbox one power supply it will work.

    Time scale i would give it 7/10 days

    It's been 15 days and no change in status, he is still the same since I bought it.

    I paid and still do not receive the product. Every time I call support, they increase the time in five days. "Next week you'll receive" and until now, nothing!

    HELP MICROSOFT!

    Hi

    If it is the original Xbox One with the separate
    power supply     then you will need to obtain a new power supply suitable for use in the US. If your console is one of the newer Xbox One S or Xbox One X consoles then all you will need to do is obtain a new power cable.
    So does Microsoft have a power supply with 220v that I could buy?

    Only way to solve this is to buy a new power supply. Opening up your Xbox or supplies is against the MS rules.

    Make sure when you buy a new one, you get the right power outtage. The "old" Xbox 360 has 3 different types!

    Hi, if you have an Xbox One FAT with external power supply brick you need to buy a new one with the correct power supply for UK

    If you have an Xbox One S or X you need a power converter from US supply (110V) to UK supply (220-240V) Edit (thanks to Njal the
    Blue    )

    You can use a converter with the Xbox One FAT but it is cheaper and better to buy the correct power brick
