    Agreed. Avatars are for kids and Nintendo players. I'd like more of a Facebook style profile.

    It might be something in the parental settings that allow/disallow DLC, etc

    Thanks for your help brother.

    It says the item is not for teens or kids, and cant purchase. It's an nba basketball jumper lol.

    I've changed all their settings to adult, no filtering and even changed their live account age, still the same thing.

    I'm just sick of them asking for cool clothes and want to be done with it!

    My kids always want the pricey avatar kit.

    I give them the choice. Virtual clothes or nice, clean REAL clothes. lol

    you cannot change the age on live once it has been set, that will be the issue there.
