Buy Games with Xbox Gift card without providing CC info

Well you do need to provide a valid billing address you do know that right?

This prevents region mismatches and issues with download especially 360 games

If you don't have a CC, just buy a bunch of xbox gift cards and add them to your account

they will probably introduce gift cards say $30 etc that would load $30 onto your account, as not everyone has a credit card. Im sure this happens on the PSN.

I use gift cards too, but the problrm is lately, you have to enter ur cc info, for example for the games with gold out now, you have to enter a payment option and the only one is credit card, even though games with gold are free. About 1 month ago xbox converted
all my microsoft poimts into dollars and I can't even use them without entering my credit card info, I guess this has something to do with the whole "no valid payment options" error

We did reach out and they will change the bad email address if we provide the cc info used in the purchases. The problem is we used gift cards from bdays etc that are long gone. There aren’t that many purchases on epic games, i just don’t want to lose
the purchases that were made on the xbox account, which are numerous. I will probably try to unlink them first to see what happens.
