Buy Games on Smarglass / no Preload on Xbox One.

I buy Sunset Overdrive and Call of Duty Advanced Warfare in the Xbox One Smartglass App. But when i turn the Xbox One on, no Download starts and also i can not find the Game in the Store on Xbox One. My Country is Switzerland.

Why can i preload the Game?

enable 4k content download isnt there!!!

that feature was to preload the 4k patches to the games so you have them installed when you transfer your games to the xbox one x. If you start a game on the xbox one x that is enhanced for the console and there is no prompt for an update it means you already
have the 4k assets.

 

Is your gamertag set to Switzerland as well or a different country. If the games are not available where you live then that may be the reason you cannot find them in store.

 

But why can i buy the games on smartglass with my Gamertag on Switzerland?

The real Problem is no Preload in Switzerland, then Sunset Overdrive and CoD Advanced Warfare will be avaiable at Launch in Switzerland.

But why let Microsoft people in Switzerland dont preload the Games?

I can set my Xbox One on Austria and Download the Games with my Switzerland Gamertag, but this should not be normal. Normal should be Preload my Games on Xbox One with setting Switzerland.

The Download was done automatically. The Games are on my Hard Drive but i dont realised it. Sorry.
