Buy Game Pass for child account

Hello,

I am running into a problem with purchasing the Game Pass for a child account. I am the parent account for a family subscription with Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass on my account that I share with my family through the family account setup. My child has access
to everything at my house, and everything's been great. He recently received an Xbox 1 S for him to use at his mothers house, and he wants to use the same gamertag login at both houses. But when he logs in at his mothers house he doesn't have access to my Game
Pass. I figured i would be able to purchase Game pass onto his account, but i seem to be unable to do so. When I go to purchase it, on his account it just throws up a message saying a parent needs to buy it, but i cant seem to find a way to do that.

I cant do the home console sharing as we have 2 Xbox's at my house so that my son and I can play together here, now he wants to be able to do the same thing at his mothers house, but it seems like i am unable to do that since he is on a family account setup.
Is there anyway to buy a game pass subscription for child account with this setup?

Music Pass for Child Account

The system will not allow me to purchase 1-year music pass for my son as primary family gold account holder. They told my son has to be temporarily removed from family account for me to do that. My question is, couldn't I just purchase the 1-year music pass
gift card the sell and redeem the card on his account. Please tell me if I could do this and if the service is the same as an account guaranteed with a credit card (adult account). Thank You.

Cant purchase this month's game with gold; Dead Space

Account restrictions won't affect 360 games

If you have a child account you need to buy it on a 360 console

Xbox one account restrictions and permissions don't apply to xbox 360 games

However parental settings must be set for xbox child accounts for purchases including Web purchases
