    Buy Error


    I can’t purchase FIFA 21 Champions Edition on Xbox One. Once I get to the payment, it says ‘Oops. Not sure what happened there. Please try again later.I have tried with different cards and accounts and the error sogue.' What should I do?

    Where did you buy it? In the Microsoft store?

    Contact official MS support if you did buy it in the MS store.

    They can refund it.

    Like my fellow XBF colleagues mentioned above, I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and see what might be causing
    that issue.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
