    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue trying to get
    these backwards compatible game.

    I'm not sure if you have or not, but I think it might be best for you to try the claim for this game off of a 360 console instead. This being because the 360
    consolecan communicate better with
    360 marketplace
    than the XboxOne, that has to access it through an emulator.
