Hello everybody,

I'm Italian (So, sorry for my english). My parents bought for me an xbox card gift. The problem is: They bought this card in American dollars, and I can't redeem this code because I'm in Italy. How can I resolve that? Please help me.

Doubts about the regions of Gift Card EA access

Hello Good morning I am doubtful about the regions of Gift Cards EA access. I would like to know if there is any region lock or if an American gift card can be used in an account here in Brazil. if the codes contained in the EA Cards are global.

Soo even if i have a american acconnt and a valid credit card to buy will not work? its sad .... in the past the reddem from Codés like gift cards worked for some time but not working anymore ... Só there is no way to buy these games online ? Only discs works ?

No. You and your friend are in two different regions, so gifts cannot be redeemed from another country. You could purchase an American gift card with the required funds to purchase the add-ons, and give your friend the gift card, so he/she can purchase the add-ons themselves.

You cannot use a gift card to buy another gift card. Such as Xbox. As it don't work that way. You have to either have physical money (like a credit card) to buy things on the Xbox store or buy an Xbox gift card in the stores.

Again, you cannot do it with a gift card
