Yes but it doesn't even get remotely to that stage. It is just a typical computer software stuff up. I work in it everyday and the incompetence of highly paid IT people is astounding. Wrong in every sense. The other thing I'll try is on the xbox itself even though it was so so easy before. I shouldn't have to but this is the stupid world we live in now.Thanks. When I click buy now in two separate browsers it doesn't go anywhere so I add to cart and it comes up with the error message. Oops I left out the message up the top

"Try that again

Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help."

That has been two days trying to purchase this. I've never had a problem before although that was about 6 months ago.
