    Hi,

    can 1 of you good folks help.?

    I brought a game on my account on Xbox store, I buy the game as a gift to my sister's account on a different Xbox (still on Xbox one). I sent it to the wrong account, my sister as a 12 year old daughter & the game was meant to go on her account (she as
    gold, the sister do not).

    The sister's account is the home account. I my self have gold so I can play online, the sister as no gold but her daughter as gold, but I can't play online with her daughter, we both have the same game.

    Is there a way to transfer the game from my sister's account to her daughter account which is on the same Xbox one console. So we can play together online.?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Sorry, posted that on the wrong account. This account is the one that won't let me buy teen games even though I have an adult account. Please tell me how to fix this.

    You will need to call support and have them do an unauthorized access investigation.

    If I may ask, have you associated your epic games account with the wrong Microsoft account?

    If so, please contact Epic Games support so they can unlink your Epic Games account from the wrong Microsoft account and then link it to the correct Microsoft account https://fortnitehelp.epicgames.com/help/en-US/t...
