    Hello, I downloaded the game D4 when it was a free game with gold months ago. I currently jave gold however due to my limited gaming schedule I am not always able to subscribe to xbox live hold. I saw a button called Buy A Copy next to the install button.
    I assume this is to purchase the game to own and be able to play even without xbox gold? I hit the button, it subtracted the funds from my accpunt , and began installing. The Buy A Copy button is still there though and if i press it again it goes to the screen
    to subtract another same amount from my account. I was to confirm I will be able to play this game that I just paid for even without a gold account. Any help would be appreciate, as the purchase was just made. Thank you.

    ....oh and btw, I have completed every GTA to 100% but for GTA III - thats how much I love the GTA series, and thats how much I think of this game, you have to buy it

    Worth a buy?

    This is probably my favorite game on the 360. I remember dyinggggggggggggg for 'GTA IV' and 'Splinter Cell: Conviction' to come out... but this game is so much more fun than the both of them.

    Hello Dragonblood,

    If you go to https://account.microsoft.com you should see this transaction in your history; if so, this should be enough confirmation that you own this. I cannot think of a way to "test" this without
    your Gold first expiring, but if the transaction is displayed there then there should be no reason you do not own the game now.

    Hello Dragonblood,

    your Gold first expiring, but if the transaction is displayed there then there should be no reason you do not own the game now.

    Buy a digital copy with physical copy installed

    Before downloading the game, under settings you shloudl have made your internal drive the "default" drive, since that was where the game was. It would have then just dl the license.

    You should be able to delete the internal drives game. Just be careful to copy or move any saved games, etc.
