ive have brought from my local store game three months gold with the offer of 3 extra months for free i got 2 codes with both went onto my xbox fine but only showed 3 months worth already spoke to xbox support team who say they had no idea about this offer
i gived the codes to them and they have comfired that both code have been used but still not been added to my account what do i do now. Thanks

From 15th of January the promotion when you buy 3 months of gold membership and get 3 months of gold free is up. So I want to ask is this promotion region restricted? do I get 3 months free if I buy 3 month gold subscription? I live in Czech republic

Unfortunately, we would not be able to look into codes here on the forums and since this promotion was through a third party retailer it would be best to reach out to that retailer about the codes as we did not provide them.

Beyond that reaching out to the chat team is the best course of action as they have the proper tools to investigate codes and we do not.
