Buttons don't work

When I load up Netflix, it seems to work just fine.. However when I push any button, it does nothing. I've already done what the help things says to do. Delete cashe, delete/reinstall.. But the problem still exists. Has any one else had this issue? Does
any one have any advice on how to fix this? I'd really like to watch my Netflix on my Ex Bawks! Please help!

Mixer's Buttons don't work

Hello, I am trying to access the advanced settings of my channel on the Microsoft streaming platform (Mixer), but simply when I click I am not redirected to any page and / or no window opens.

No idea how to fix it, but have you tried using the smartglass app to control your xbox? Not sure that'll work for you, but it's something to try. If you're not familiar, it gives you A B X Y and guide button control of your xbox on a phone or tablet. Hope

If the Netflix app doesn’t respond, delete and reinstall the app. Here’s how:

From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select your primary storage device (most likely Hard Drive).

Select Games and Apps.

Find and select any items that refer to Netflix.

Select Delete.

Return to the Xbox Dashboard.

Go to Apps, and then select Browse Apps.

Browse or search for Netflix.

Select Netflix to download the app. (Let me know if you've already done this also make sure to note delete all items that refer to Netflix. I've had people tell me they deleted the main app but not the other one and the issue has stayed until they clear
everything out)

I am still having this problem, controller works until it goes to sleep then when I awaken the controller no buttons work to control Netflix. The controller still works to get to Xbox home and functions fine in the menu, just not Netflix. Please help.
