Button unresponsive with the Xbox Controller

All the xbox controllers that I have bought have the same problem, they got unresponsive button, sometimes its the button "A" and other times its the button "Y" (You need to push it very hard to make it work). I tried to fix it by a update and use it with a cable, but that doesnt fix anything.
