    Hello,

    A new elite controller has to send but there is, n big problem, I have no way of tracking by UPS because the technical support not only erase on my account the repair tracking and gave me a tracking number which corresponds to the
    one I had when sending my initial joystick ... Should I declare my joystick as permanently lost? What does microsoft intend to do? the order number is 1420239479.

    Where is your pre-order?

    Now that I have a tracking number from UPS, I see the date for tomorrow I can stalk the brown UPS truck.

    Repair status - elite controler

    hi,

    got a problem with my elite controler.. so call xbox support witch gave me a repair order number and ups return sitcker..

    i send my controler and check both ups and xbox site...

    here is my problem...;

    call support gave me repair order n° 1425658092.... same number was on the bottom left of ups sticker

    my xbox account tell repair n° 1425695672.... and a different ups tracking number

    for now... my account tells "waiting product"...

    But according to UPS my product has been delivered..

    I've sent mail to xbox support .. but no answer...

    Could you explain ;..pls

    This is from the Design Lab FAQ

    I have been charged for my controller, but I have not received a shipping tracking number.

    You were charged for your controller at the time it began to be built. It can take up to two weeks between that time and when you will receive a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your controller ships.

    So it sounds like that's standard.

    Design lab controllers are actually charged immediately since it is a customized item. That means the order has been accepted and has gone into production. Once it ships you will receive an email with tracking. It can take 2-3 weeks to receive the controller.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You will usually get a tracking number via email once the accessory has been shipped out to you. My recommendation would be to use that tracking number to contact UPS for information regarding where they actually
    dropped off your controller.
