But I'm not in Australia...

I clicked on the deal to add time to my gold account and get a free game that was on my home tab today (07/09/2016), and when I went to enter my billing information to add a credit card, the only option it gives me for "State/Province" are regions in Australia.
I'm in Michigan, USA. So you can see my problem. Please fix this or tell me what site to go to to fix this, because my account time is coming up soon and I would like to get the free game along with the 20% discount on the membership.

Signed in but I'm not

So I get on GTA 5 recently downloaded for the first and I go to online tab and it says sign into Xbox live but I already am and when I click on my profile nothing happens and nothing works to let me play.

 

Says I'm connected, but I'm really not?

help me! My connection just keeps randomly cutting out. The internet works just fine on my phone and my laptop, but doesn't work on my Xbox. Wireless or wired it says service info not available and Nat type unknown. But when I go to test network connection
or multiplayer connection it says you're all good. If I go to detailed network or test nat type it says I'm offline. Is there something I can do to fix it or do I have to take it up with my internet provider?
