    Xbox needs to go in for repair under guarentee. Have sorted everything out through microsoft and printed the delivery labels.

    Now we are back under lockdown are the repair centres still open ?

    Cant get through to microsoft via email or chat.

    Trouble is warrentee expires on 1st feb !!

    Dont know wether to risk sending it ,does anyone know ?

    as you have already booked in for repair then they have to honour it even if it goes past that date, repair centers will most likely be open but maybe slow as i think they go to germany for repair and items going abroad are taking a little longer.
