    My xbox X had a burning plastic smell, I have barely used, I didn't realized first because I usually play old games, but lately today playing call of duty the smell got so bad that make me dizzy

    I understand you need help on your Xbox problem.

    Do you have any issues with your Xbox when playing right now? Most of the time when there are issues with it's hardware, you will not be able to turn the console on anymore most especially when that is something major.

    On your case, just to take precaution, I suggest having this checked already. If you no longer have warranty on the console, you can have this checked with a computer technician locally instead.

    Hello Macchiiato, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your console.

    This is definitely not normal and should be fixed as soon as possible. If the console was just recently purchased then I'd first recommend returning to the store and seeing if you can do an exchange.

    If they are unable to do that then you would need to set up a repair of the console. You can do this at https://account.microsoft.com/devices. Once set up and you have received your shipping label via email you can pack up up the console.

    Please be sure to send only the console and nothing else as Xbox does not guarantee that extra items such as cables or controllers will be returned
