Burn Cards.

Can someone explain Burn Cards to me? I placed a full auto card (for the shot gun) in the first slot for the shotgun thinking I would start the match off with a fully auto shot gun. I started off with the semi then at one point during the match I was prompted
to press y (at least I think it was y) to use the card. The reticle turned red and the weapon went into full auto. After using the card I did not notice another full auto card for the shot gun but I now have a half dozen shot gun cards and have no idea what
they are for. I rented the game and it did not come with a manual.

1- Are cards one time use only?

2- How do I use the card at the start of the match?

3- Are the cards time limited?

4- Are their card that allow me to use two primary weapons?

Titanfall should be worth half of what it costs.

I've had every card in that list except the "Select a burn card" card.

 

I lost almost 100 burn cards?

Burn cards are earned from completing challenges. Most challenges award one burn card for completing the challenge. Some challenges award 2 or 3. Other challenges award a rare burn card pack (3-5 cards?).

The number of challenges you complete in a game determines how many burn cards you are awarded.

 

At the start of your match, prior to the drop, select (I think) the Y (yellow) button. Your burn card list (3 cards max) should appear. Select one. You are good to go with it until your die in play. I think you can also select the right arrow key (which
is the small button to the right of the center circular button on your controller--in case I named it incorrectly). from there, you will be able to choose pilot loadout, titan loadout, or burn cards.

tips: in hardpoitn, probably shotgun is best due to short ranges at control points.

In general: for submachine gun, there's one that has a scattershot upgrade. If you and another player spot each other you will have a higher rate of fire with it and get te kill first, if he has an automatic weapon and you just roll into each other. been
there done that. =)

In last titan standing, probably the DMR or sniper rifle. Pilots will be a range in that one and will be few, so it's most effective. if anything, they will be taking shots at your titans. DMR/Sniper rifle shuts them down.

Active pulse > cloak IMHO unless you are using the smart pistol.

 

you get three to use per match! you can choose one right before the match when you are jumping out of the ship> or you can choose one whenever you die before you respawn! then you restock your hand with the ones you want between matches!
