    Burial at Sea: Episode 2 Game Breaking Bug


    Spoiler ahead, but relevant to the issue.

    So I was playing the DLC all fine and dandy until I finished the Columbia portion of the DLC. Right after the "Mein Hair" achievement unlocked (signifying the end of the chapter) for some reason after the loading screen was done everything was black except
    for Elizabeth and whatever weapon she had up. The entire HUD was still there, but for whatever reason after it loads there is nothing. The game still prompts me to "put the hair in the pneumatic tube," but there isn't anything there to continue. I reloaded
    the chapter, but that didn't work. I exited out of the DLC back to main screen and reloaded the entire chapter, that didn't work either.

    It seems as though some of the guys over at XboxAchievements.com (Potential game breaking bug.... - XboxAchievements.com) are having the same issue as well.
    Has anyone else had this happen to them? Better yet does anyone have a solution?

    BioShock Infinite Burial at Sea Part II Unplayable

    Hi KAP68, noticed you said you have have both parts of burial at sea. Did you know that part 2 of burial at sea has 2 files to download. If you look in the marketplace Burial at Sea Part 2 file 2 is available for free, but you have to pay for file 1.
    Once you have downloaded that you will be able to play it. Here is the link for episode 2 file 1

    Hi KAP68, noticed you said you have have both parts of burial at sea. Did you know that part 2 of burial at sea has 2 files to download. If you look in the marketplace Burial at Sea Part 2 file 2 is available for free, but you have to pay for file 1.

    Hi Miss Edi,

    To clarify, yes I followed the steps outlined in my original post for each of the 4 DLCs, including Burial at Sea: Episode 1 or Burial at Sea: Episode 2 (Part 1 of 2).

    After you confirm the purchase of Burial at Sea: Episode 1 or Burial at Sea: Episode 2 (Part 1 of 2) within the in-game store, nothing appeared in the "Ready to Install" list. Even the in-game store didn't label the DLC as "PURCHASED" as it had done for
    Clash in the Clouds and Burial at Sea: Episode 2 (Part 2 of 2).

    I have actually spoken to someone on web chat since writing my original post, and they have helped me with a workaround whilst escalating the overall issue to a support team. To be honest I didn't expect such a quick response on the forum, but thanks for responding!

    @Ambassador Zemi: Some Xbox 360 season passes worked slightly differently to how X1 passes work these days - they were more like 100% discount codes automatically applied to in-game shops through which you downloaded the DLC, rather than automatically associating
    your account with the licenses to the individual DLCs on the marketplace. Hence why you could end up paying twice if you didn't follow the correct purchase route.
