    BUNGLERS AND SLOPPY WORKERS AT XBOX SUPPORT SERVICE IN SPAIN... AND WHO KNOWS IF EVERYWHERE :(


    I am writing this post to report how useless and time consuming are chats with South American technical service agents we have to deal with in Spain.

    It happens that everytime you go to report one problem, although you have told them that you HAVE ALREADY TRIED EVERYTHING THEY WILL TELL YOU (cleaning cache, rebooting, deleting profile and redownloading it again, deleting game and redownloading it againg,
    restoring console to factory default), THEY WILL TELL YOU THE SAME AUTOMATED ANSWERS TIME AND TIME AGAIN WITHOUT LISTENING, AND ONCE YOU POSSE THEM A HARDER PROBLEM NOT SOLVABLE THAT WAY, THEY MAKE YOU HANG ON FOR HOURS UNTIL THEY CONTACT AN OVERSEER WITH
    AS LITTLE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AS THEM, GIVE YOU A CASE ID AND CONTACT YOU DAYS AFTER, JUST TO HEAR THAT EITHER YOU SOLVED IT YOUR WAY OR IT IS STILL UNSOLVED (my case) AND, IN THAT CASE, THEY PUT ON THE BLAME ON THIRD PARTY DEVELOPERS.

    I will relate my case. I bought some years ago Xbox 360 version of SINE MORA, a great SHUMP. I played it from time to time, but it is really hard.

    The point is that last month it was announced as backward compatible with XBOX ONE. I cheered up and downladed for my XBOX ONE X, and, when I play it, IT SENDS ME BACK TO CONSOLE DASHBOARD EVERYTIME I TRY TO PLAY IT WITH MY PROFILE (after the message "PRESS
    START" at the game menu).

    The point is that I make the ordinary calls to XBOX support and I have to go through all that stupid process aforementioned. I have to follow all de orders, step by step, which I HAD ALREADY DONE IT, but I was obedient and I did as they told me. After ALL
    THE STANDARD PROCEDURES DIDN'T WORK (AS I TOLD THEM HUNDRED OF TIMES BEFORE), they "upscaled" the case to an overseer and gave me a case number. MORE THAN ONE MONTH LATER, I STILL CAN'T PLAY IT.

    I sent a mail to the developer too, without reply on their part. (TOO BAD, GRASSHOPPER STUDIOS!)

    The funny thing is that I can play it on my Xbox 360 and as a guest on my Xbox One X and my Xbox One, BUT NOT WITH THE PROFILE I BOUGHT THE GAME WITH! (By the way, I DID THAT TEST ON MY OWN, NOT SUGGESTED BY THOSE m0r0ns).

    The fact is that, ONE MONTH LATER, I AM STILL UNABLE TO PLAY MY GAME AND THEY SIMPLY TELL ME TO CONTACT THE DEVELOPER.

    DO WE NEED THEM THERE TO REPEAT THE SAME STANDARD **** AS A MINDLESS LORIKEET WHILE THEY EARN AN EASY MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING?

    I wanted to send them the video with the proof of this blopper, and they didn't give me the option either. I proposed that if they couldn't solve the problem with this game, that they loaded me the SINE MORA EX VERSION for my XBOX ONE AND THEY DIDN'T AGREE
    TO THAT EITHER!

    Those people act as monkeys beating keyboards most ot the times! They open cases that they won't solve AT ALL.

    The problem is obviously with MY PROFILE (since I can play it using guest ones), and MS, a company worth billions in the market, ISN'T ABLE TO SOLVE SUCH A PUNY PROBLEM!

    THERE ISN'T A SAVEGAME PROFILE EITHER IN THE CLOUD STORAGE OR IN THE XBOX 360 I COULD DELETE AND RECREATE, BUT WHEN I PLAY THE GAME ON MY X360, IT SAYS "SAVING" (well, "Guardando" in my case) AT PUNCTUAL MOMENTS. I DELETED XBOX ONE 10 MB SAVEGAME IT CREATED
    FROM THE CLOUD, BUT IT DIDN'T WORK EITHER.

    So, what can I do, besides complaining about the uselessness of those parrot boxes repeating on and on the same nonsenses?

    Hi there,

    a few things to try if you haven't tried those already, it does sound like a profile/game related issue. To rule it all out please try these steps.

    1. Uninstall the game from the Xbox One X

    2. clear any local saved 360 data. The option can be found in settings.

    3. Power cycle the console via the Restart option on the Guide - Settings

    4. Download something else on the Xbox One X, like a demo

    5. Install the game again on the console

    6. Copy the save game on the 360 to the cloud, so you can continue that save game and see what happens. This feature might be a Gold only feature on the 360

    7. Try to start the game and see what happens

    Let us know the results

    I am sorry for the experience that you had, I would highly recommend that you drop a line to MS Customer Support directly as they value this kind of feedback, and without it can't take the appropriate steps to ensure better customer experiences in the future.

    Someone help mw2 works fine for me on xbox one but I just wasted $30 on mw3 for Xbox one because it is unplayable in multiplayer due to lag.
