    Bungie.net isn’t letting me log in with my Xbox log in


    Ive tried to log in to bungie.net (more specifically the companion app) and i keep getting an Authentication Error with a message: “ We were unable to sign you in with your Xbox Live account. Please visit xbox.com and
    sign in to verify/update your Xbox Live account. This error usually indicates that your Microsoft account has no Xbox Live Gamertag, or that your account must be updated in some way, such as agreeing to an updated terms of use.” Ive tried everything to fix
    like changing alias , updating my security info and ive nade sure that my microsoft account is linked to my gamertag. Would appreciate some help

    Was your Xbox Live account already linked to Bungie.net, or was this your first time trying to sign into the site?

    Also, have you tried with a different browser?

    Ive had this problem since 2018, ive been moving my gear from the vault between characters and it sucks, ive also tried everything theyve told me to do. Nothing works, hopefully someone helps us with this.

    and yes ive tried different browsers
